Ben is a carpenter by trade with over 20 years of experience in the building and construction industry and 12 years in electrical wholesaling, specialising in commercial projects. As the Commercial Manager at Integral, he leverages his relationships in the ACT and surrounding areas to liaise with contractors and wholesalers, ensuring accurate and timely project deliveries.

Originally a History student, Jacob found his way into the lighting industry through a retail lighting position, followed by experience in electrical wholesaling. Now, as a Senior Project Coordinator at Integral Lighting, his sharp attention to detail and organisational skills ensure that all fittings meet the correct specifications to the client’s needs.

Gavin brings 45 years in the lighting industry from lighting design to external and internal sales. As Project Coordinator at Integral, he handles the specification/quoting process with integrity and a strong work ethic, playing a vital role in ensuring quality service to our customers.

Nik has recently embarked on his journey in the lighting industry as a sales engineer, following previous experience in the private and public sectors.
